"Simon arrived as per our appointment. He assessed the issues and quoted us for labour and obviously the parts. He then replaced an outside tap and also the ballcocks in the main water tank and the central heating feeder expansion tank in the loft. He had all the equipment to do the job including a water vacuum to empty and clean the central heating tank. He carried out the work very efficiently and we paid a fair price for work well done. We and other family members always use Greenstar for plumbing."

"Greenstar were called out by my insurance company for an emergency to stop a leak. There was little evidence of the leak apart from the sound of water echoing through the pipes. Simon from Greenstar carried out the emergency work, which involved quite a difficult job identifying the likely area where the leak was and then isolating it. Simon did a great job stemming the flow and providing advice on where the source of the leak may be beneath our concrete floors so that a more involved fix can be made."

"Simon was really professional. We had lots of water dripping through the ceiling into our utility room filling many buckets of water. The ceiling was stretching and bubbles started to appear where the water was pooling in areas. Simon quickly found the cause, explained what was happening and why, stopped the leak by replacing the pipework and showed me what had happened to the pipework. All complete in an hour. Very professional and polite."

Central heating stopped working

"My central heating stopped working due to a faulty three way valve next to the hot water cylinder. Gary arrived on time and with the correct part to fix the issue. He quickly drained down my cold water tank in the loft so he could fit the replacement valve. Once the valve was replaced he tested the entire system and even bleed all my radiators for me. I now have a nice warm house again. Gary ensured no mess was created during the process including covering his shoes and put towels down. Everything was done very quickly, professionally and he was very friendly and answered all my questions."

"Greenstar were amazing from the start! Called at 11am to request a call out due to having no hot water. Lady on the phone was lovely and helpful. Arranged for Chris to come between 4 and 6 the same day which I thought was fab. Chris then phoned to say he was running ahead of time so could come at 2! All fixed within an hour and hot water is back on. Very reasonably priced. Cannot recommend Greenstar enough, I’ve had a few different tradesman complete jobs from other companies recently but I will not be going to anyone but Greenstar from now on. Highly recommend!"

Replace a section of drain that was blocked by tree roots

"Having had Greenstar out to unblock the drain a week earlier, we were advised that it was blocked by tree roots, and would therefore keep getting blocked. The quote to replace this section of the drain seemed very reasonable, so the same tradesman then returned to carry out the work. He was friendly, polite and a real worker. He explained exactly what was going to be done, which entailed digging a small trench through both a section of concrete path and tarmac path. We were very impressed by the speed and tidiness of the job and that both the concrete and tarmac path sections were made good perfectly!"
