The customer contacted us to initially service their boiler that was over 10 years old, that we fitted in 2006. As we wanted to make sure our team could save their existing boiler, we reviewed it to find the exact issue. After finding the fault with the boiler, our team recommended that it would be more financially beneficial for the customer to have their boiler replaced. 

The cost for new parts and labour would have been similar to the cost of a new boiler, so to ensure no further costly issues, the customer agreed that a new boiler was the most financially viable route.
